With over 30 years of working in the Healthcare field, I have developed a passion guiding clients develop lifestyle changes. Through experience, I have learned that people change not be being told what to do but discovering the obstacles that are keeping them from making the changes and seeing the results they desire. Through evidence-based behavior change methods and coaching skills such as Motivational Interviewing, S.M.A.R.T goals and accountability, I have assisted clients to develop healthier habits. My background as an Occupational Therapist gives me a unique perspective on self-care, life balance and meaningful activities
I love spending time with my grandchildren, running with my dog Tucker, reading, and hiking.
