For all of us trying to stay centered, I wanted to share a couple of free meditation apps that have really helped me. The first is called Calm - it's a very simple, but useful app to begin your journey. My favorite part about it is that it has a tracker that shows you how you are doing that month. The second is called Oak. It's also a very simple, but powerful and customizable tool. It also has some great breathing exercises i highly recommend.
